Description:
Sodium Chloride 7% w/v is a hypertonic saline solution commonly used in respiratory care. It is administered via nebulization to help loosen and clear mucus in the lungs, especially in patients with cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, chronic bronchitis, and other pulmonary conditions.
This 7% solution draws water into the airways, thinning mucus secretions and making them easier to expectorate, improving lung function and breathing. It is preservative-free, sterile, and for inhalation use only under medical supervision.
