Composition:

Acebrophylline 200mg (SR)+ Doxophyline 100mg

Indication:

for the treatment of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to help relieve bronchospasm, improve airflow, and reduce inflammation.

Description:

Acebrophylline 200 mg (Sustained Release) + Doxofylline 100 mg is a synergistic bronchodilator and mucolytic combination used for the management of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, and emphysema.

  • Acebrophylline combines mucolytic and bronchodilating properties by reducing mucus viscosity and improving airflow. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting the release of cytokines and reactive oxygen species.

  • Doxofylline is a xanthine derivative that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles without significant cardiac stimulation, offering bronchodilation with a better safety profile than theophylline.

This combination helps in clearing airways, reducing inflammation, and improving oxygenation.
