Indication:
for the treatment of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to help relieve bronchospasm, improve airflow, and reduce inflammation.
Description:
Acebrophylline 200 mg (Sustained Release) + Doxofylline 100 mg is a synergistic bronchodilator and mucolytic combination used for the management of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, and emphysema.
Acebrophylline combines mucolytic and bronchodilating properties by reducing mucus viscosity and improving airflow. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting the release of cytokines and reactive oxygen species.
Doxofylline is a xanthine derivative that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles without significant cardiac stimulation, offering bronchodilation with a better safety profile than theophylline.
This combination helps in clearing airways, reducing inflammation, and improving oxygenation.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily after meals, as directed by a physician Swallow whole with water (do not crush the sustained-release tablet) Duration depends on the clinical response and severity of condition
