Description:
Diclofenac Sodium 75mg/1ml is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain relief, inflammation, and swelling in conditions such as postoperative pain, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, and acute injury-related pain.
It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: 75 mg (1 ampoule) once daily via deep IM injection. In severe cases, 75 mg may be repeated after 12 hours. Do not exceed 150 mg/day. Note: Always administered by a healthcare professional. Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation.

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs Active gastric/duodenal ulcer Severe renal or hepatic impairment Asthma exacerbated by NSAIDs Pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester)
