Description:
This combination topical cream is a broad-spectrum antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory preparation used to treat fungal and bacterial skin infections with associated redness, swelling, or itching.
Each component plays a specific therapeutic role:
Itraconazole (1.0%) – A broad-spectrum antifungal agent effective against dermatophytes, yeasts, and molds.
Ofloxacin (0.75%) – A fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%) – A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching.

Usage Information
Dosage
