Composition:
Paracetamol 325mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg + Caffeine (Anhydrous) 16mg
Indication:

Description:
Paracetamol 325mg – Relieves fever and reduces body pain or headache.
Phenylephrine HCl 5mg – A nasal decongestant that reduces swelling in nasal passages for easier breathing.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg – An antihistamine that controls sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and itching.
Caffeine (Anhydrous) 16mg – A mild stimulant that enhances the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol and helps reduce drowsiness caused by antihistamines.
This combination is ideal for managing cold, allergy, sinusitis, and flu-like symptoms.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed Maximum: Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours Important: Take with food or after meals to reduce stomach upset Drink plenty of fluids and rest for better recovery
