Composition:

Paracetamol 250mg + Phenylephrine HCI 5mg + CPM 2mg + Sodium Citrate 60mg + Menthol 1mg

Indication:

Upper Respiratory Tract Allergies - Nasal and sinus congestion - Adjunct with anti bacterials in sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis media - Sinus Pain and Headache

Description:

  • Paracetamol 250mg – Reduces fever and relieves pain such as sore throat and headache.

  • Phenylephrine HCl 5mg – A nasal decongestant that eases breathing by shrinking swollen nasal passages.

  • Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) 2mg – An antihistamine that treats sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose.

  • Sodium Citrate 60mg – Acts as a mucolytic, helping to thin mucus and reduce coughing.

  • Menthol 1mg – Provides a soothing and cooling effect on the throat and nasal passages.

Usage Information

Dosage

Children (6–12 years): 5–10 ml every 6–8 hours Children (2–6 years): 2.5–5 ml every 6–8 hours Maximum: Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours Shake well before use and store in a cool, dry place Always use the measuring cup/spoon provided Dosage should be prescribed by a pediatrician based on age and weight.

Contraindications

Allergic to any active ingredient Child has severe liver disease You are using MAO inhibitors or other antihistamines There is a history of hypersensitivity to decongestants Child is under 2 years without pediatric consultation
