Description:

Ceftriaxone 1000mg + Tazobactam 125mg Injection is a parenteral antibiotic combination designed for the treatment of serious and resistant bacterial infections. It contains:

  • Ceftriaxone (1000mg) – A third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis.

  • Tazobactam (125mg) – A potent beta-lactamase inhibitor that neutralizes beta-lactamase enzymes produced by resistant bacteria, thereby boosting ceftriaxone’s effectiveness.

Together, they form a powerful synergy against a broad spectrum of gram-positive, gram-negative, and beta-lactamase-producing organisms, making it ideal for hospital-acquired and complicated infections.
