This combination contains:
Cefixime 200mg: A third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Ofloxacin 200mg: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits DNA gyrase, essential for bacterial DNA replication.
Together, they provide a synergistic and broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially effective in treating complex, mixed, or resistant infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, and more.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily (every 12 hours) or as prescribed Route: Oral Duration: Typically 5–10 days, depending on severity Note: Take with water, preferably after food
