Usage Information
Dosage
Usual pediatric dose: 8 mg/kg/day (divided into 1–2 doses) Reconstitute with provided WFI (Water for Injection) Administer IM or IV by trained personnel Duration: Usually 5–7 days, based on infection severity Follow pediatrician's prescription strictly
