Description:

Cefpodoxime Proxetil 100mg DT is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat a broad range of bacterial infections. The DT (Dispersible Tablet) form is ideal for pediatric and adult patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets. It provides effective treatment for respiratory, urinary, skin, and ENT infections.

Mechanism of Action:
Cefpodoxime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, which leads to bacterial death.

Usage Information

Dosage

Adults & Children over 12 years: 100mg twice daily after meals Pediatric Dose (based on weight): As directed by physician To Use: Disperse in a teaspoon of water Consume immediately Complete the full course as prescribed
