It works by drawing water into the colon, softening the stool, and stimulating bowel movements. In liver conditions, it helps eliminate ammonia through the stool, preventing mental confusion and other symptoms.

Usage Information
Dosage
Constipation: Adults: 15–30 ml once or twice daily Children: 5–15 ml (as per physician’s advice) Hepatic Encephalopathy: 30–50 ml, 3–4 times daily (adjust to 2–3 soft stools/day) Administration Tips: Can be taken with or without food. Mix with water, juice, or milk if taste is unpleasant. Shake well before use.
