Description:

This advanced dermatological formulation combines Tretinoin, Mometasone Furoate, and Hydroquinone to provide a powerful triple-action therapy for the treatment of melasma, dark spots, and uneven skin tone.

  • Hydroquinone 2% is a skin-lightening agent that inhibits melanin production by suppressing tyrosinase activity, reducing dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

  • Tretinoin 0.025%, a retinoid, promotes skin cell turnover, unclogs pores, and enhances skin rejuvenation for a brighter and more even complexion.

  • Mometasone Furoate 0.1% is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and irritation, helping to soothe the skin during the lightening process.

This triple combination cream is often prescribed as a short-term therapy for managing melasma, freckles, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
