Description:

Nadifloxacin 1.0% w/w is a topical fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial skin infections, particularly acne vulgaris and infected dermatitis. Nadifloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial replication. It is effective against Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pyogenes. With powerful antimicrobial action and excellent skin penetration, it provides targeted relief from inflammation, redness, and pustules associated with acne and other superficial bacterial infections.
