Description:

This broad-spectrum topical cream is a powerful combination therapy for treating fungal, bacterial, and inflammatory skin infections.

  • Itraconazole (1%) is a potent antifungal that inhibits the growth of dermatophytes and yeasts.

  • Ofloxacin (0.75%) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

  • Ornidazole (2%) offers antiprotozoal and antibacterial action, especially against anaerobic organisms.

  • Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%) is a high-potency corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, and redness.

  • Methylparaben (0.20%) and Propylparaben (0.02%) act as preservatives, ensuring product stability and preventing microbial contamination.
This formulation is ideal for treating mixed infections involving fungus, bacteria, and inflammation—commonly seen in intertrigo, candidiasis, eczema with secondary infection, and athlete’s foot.
