Description:
This combination therapy pack contains Secnidazole (2 x 1g), Azithromycin Dihydrate (1g), and Fluconazole (150mg) designed for the empirical treatment of mixed vaginal infections, including bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, and candidiasis.
Secnidazole is a nitroimidazole antimicrobial effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, especially Trichomonas vaginalis.
Azithromycin is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic effective against Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, and other Gram-positive/Gram-negative organisms.
Fluconazole is an antifungal that treats Candida infections commonly involved in vaginal candidiasis.
This convenient single-dose regimen ensures broad-spectrum coverage of common vaginal pathogens, improving compliance and reducing recurrence rates.

Usage Information
Dosage
Take 2 tablets of Secnidazole (1g each) together orally Take 1 tablet of Azithromycin 1g orally Take 1 tablet of Fluconazole 150mg orally All should be taken preferably after food in a single dose or as directed by the physician
Side Effects
Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps Allergic: Rash, itching, or swelling (rare) Neurological: Headache, dizziness (Secnidazole) Other: Vaginal itching or irritation (rare, temporary)
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to any of the components Severe hepatic or renal impairment Pregnancy and lactation (without doctor’s guidance) History of QT prolongation (with Azithromycin) Alcohol consumption during and 72 hours post Secnidazole (disulfiram-like reaction)
