Tiotropium 18 mcg + Formoterol 12 mcg is a dual-action bronchodilator combination used in the long-term maintenance treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and moderate-to-severe asthma. Tiotropium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), and Formoterol, a long-acting β2-agonist (LABA), work synergistically to relax airway muscles and improve airflow. Usage Information
Dosage
Adult dosage (COPD/Asthma): 1 inhalation once or twice daily or as directed Administration: Use with a dry powder inhaler (DPI) or metered dose inhaler (MDI) Rinse mouth after inhalation to avoid throat irritation Missed dose: Take as soon as remembered; skip if it's near the time of the next dose
