Description:
This inhalation solution combines two effective bronchodilators:
Ipratropium Bromide (500 mcg): An anticholinergic agent that blocks acetylcholine-mediated bronchoconstriction.
Levosalbutamol (0.63 mg): A selective β2-adrenergic agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscle, relieving bronchospasm.
This low-dose formulation is designed for patients who need milder bronchodilation or those sensitive to higher β2-agonist doses. It is suitable for pediatric, geriatric, and sensitive individuals with asthma, COPD, and other obstructive airway diseases.

Dosage
Adults & Children: Use as prescribed; typically 1 respule via nebulizer 2–4 times a day Administer with a jet nebulizer under professional guidance Use immediately after opening unit dose Do not mix with other medications unless instructed
