Composition:
Ipratropium Bromide 500mcg + Levosalbutamol sulphate 1.25mg In an Isotonic Solution
Indication:
Asthma, Nasal cavity blockage, Respiratory disease, Lung disorder, Inflammation of mucous membrane.
Description:
This ready-to-use isotonic nebulizer solution contains a combination of two bronchodilators:
Levosalbutamol Sulphate (1.25 mg): A selective β2-agonist for rapid relief of bronchospasm.
Ipratropium Bromide (500 mcg): An anticholinergic that works by inhibiting vagally mediated airway constriction.
Together, they offer synergistic bronchodilation for effective management of acute asthma attacks, COPD exacerbations, and chronic bronchitis. The isotonic solution ensures better tolerance, minimal airway irritation, and optimal nebulization.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: Usually 1 unit dose (2.5–3 mL) via nebulizer, 3–4 times daily Do not mix with other solutions unless advised Use immediately after opening the unit dose Only for use with jet or ultrasonic nebulizers

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to ipratropium, levosalbutamol, or similar compounds Use with caution in glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention Patients with cardiac arrhythmias should be closely monitored
