Description:
This inhalation solution contains a dual bronchodilator combination:
Levosalbutamol (50 mcg): A selective β2-agonist that provides rapid bronchodilation and relief of acute bronchospasm.
Ipratropium Bromide (20 mcg): An anticholinergic agent that inhibits bronchoconstriction mediated by vagal stimulation.
Together, they offer complementary mechanisms of action to relax airway smooth muscles, improve airflow, and control symptoms in asthma, COPD, and chronic bronchitis. Ideal for moderate to severe airway obstruction or those unresponsive to monotherapy.

Dosage
Usual adult dose: 2.5 ml solution (depending on dilution), 3–4 times daily Administer using jet nebulizer under medical supervision Do not exceed recommended frequency or dose Shake before use if in vial form

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to levalbuterol or ipratropium Use with caution in cardiovascular disorders, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, or prostatic hypertrophy Avoid in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma
