This Triple Drug Combination inhaler contains:
Tiotropium 18 mcg – a Long-Acting Muscarinic Antagonist (LAMA)
Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate 12 mcg – a Long-Acting Beta-2 Agonist (LABA)
Ciclesonide 400 mcg – an Inhaled Corticosteroid (ICS)
Designed for long-term control of chronic airway diseases like moderate-to-severe COPD and severe asthma, this combination helps by relaxing bronchial muscles, reducing airway inflammation, and improving airflow and lung function. Ciclesonide, a prodrug ICS, activates in the lungs and minimizes systemic exposure, making it safer for long-term use.

Dosage
Standard Dosage: 1 inhalation once or twice daily Use with DPI device Do not exhale into the device Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush Follow physician’s instructions strictly
