Pack Type: gel

Composition:

Levosalbutamol 1.25mg + Ipratropium Bromide 500mcg per respule

Indication:

Management of bronchospasm in asthma, COPD, and reversible obstructive airway diseases; provides relief from acute wheezing, breathlessness, and chest tightness.

Description:

PulmoEase Respules deliver a powerful dual-action formula combining Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide for comprehensive respiratory relief. This ready-to-use nebulization solution works through complementary mechanisms to open airways and improve breathing.

Each sterile respule contains precisely measured medication that targets both the symptoms and underlying causes of bronchospasm. The solution quickly disperses through nebulization, reaching deep into the lungs for fast-acting relief that lasts up to 6 hours.

Mechanism of Action

  • - Levosalbutamol: Selectively stimulates beta2-adrenergic receptors in bronchial smooth muscle for bronchodilation

  • - Ipratropium Bromide: Blocks muscarinic cholinergic receptors, preventing bronchoconstriction
