Description:
Budesonide 0.5 mg + Levosalbutamol 0.63 mg is a combination inhalation therapy used via nebulization to manage asthma, bronchospasm, COPD, and other obstructive airway diseases.
Budesonide is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, mucus secretion, and airway swelling.
Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, providing quick relief from wheezing and breathlessness.
This dual-action therapy offers both immediate bronchodilation and long-term inflammation control, making it ideal for moderate to severe respiratory episodes.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults and children ≥12 years: Use 1 respule (2.5 ml) via nebulizer 1–2 times daily or as prescribed. Children (6 months – 12 years): May require adjusted dose — follow pediatrician’s instructions. Use with a compressor nebulizer. Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush (due to Budesonide).

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to Budesonide, Levosalbutamol, or any component Severe hypersensitivity to beta-agonists Patients with untreated fungal or bacterial respiratory infections Not for use in status asthmaticus (life-threatening asthma attack) Use caution in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or seizure disorders
