Packaging: 10X1X4

Pack Type: tablet

Composition:

Lasmiditan 50mg

Indication:

used to treat the symptoms of migraine headaches

Description:

Lasmiditan 50 mg is a centrally acting selective 5-HT1F receptor agonist used for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Unlike traditional triptans, Lasmiditan does not cause vasoconstriction, making it a safer option for patients with cardiovascular risk factors.

It works by targeting serotonin (5-HT) receptors in the brain involved in migraine pathophysiology, helping relieve migraine pain, nausea, photophobia, and phonophobia within a few hours of onset.

Lasmiditan is for acute relief, not for migraine prevention.
