used to treat depression and other mental health conditions, including anxiety, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder

Description:

Etizolam 0.5 mg + Escitalopram 10 mg is a dual-acting anxiolytic and antidepressant formulation, primarily used for managing generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic attacks, social anxiety, and major depressive disorder (MDD).

  • Escitalopram, an SSRI, enhances serotonin levels to improve mood and emotional stability.

  • Etizolam, a thienodiazepine, has potent anxiolytic, sedative, and muscle relaxant effects with a shorter half-life than traditional benzodiazepines, offering faster relief with reduced dependence risk.

This combination provides fast symptomatic relief from anxiety while also addressing underlying depression symptoms, making it suitable for patients with mixed anxiety-depressive episodes.
