Migraine, Prophylaxis of peripheral & CV disorders.
Description:
This combination of Propranolol, a beta-blocker, and Flunarizine, a calcium channel blocker, is formulated to provide enhanced prophylaxis against migraine headaches. Propranolol works by reducing the heart rate and blood pressure, stabilizing vascular tone, while Flunarizine prevents excessive calcium entry in neurons, thus reducing migraine frequency and intensity. The dual-action makes it highly effective in chronic migraine management, especially in patients unresponsive to monotherapy.
