Description:
Montelukast 4mg + Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 2.5mg is a combination medication used to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, and asthma-related symptoms in pediatric patients. This formulation provides synergistic action: Levocetirizine, a second-generation antihistamine, blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes; while Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, prevents airway inflammation and bronchospasm.
It is available in syrup, tablet, or dispersible tablet form depending on the age group and prescription.

Usage Information
Dosage
Syrup (2–5 years): 2.5 mL once daily DT/Tablets (6–12 years): 1 tablet once daily Adolescents: As per physician recommendation Preferably administered in the evening Can be taken with or without food Always follow pediatrician’s advice for correct dosage.
