Indication:

Description:
This pediatric syrup combines Paracetamol, a well-known antipyretic and analgesic, with Promethazine HCl, an antihistamine with antiemetic and sedative properties. It is used to treat fever, mild to moderate pain, and allergic symptoms such as cold, runny nose, or allergic rhinitis. Promethazine also provides relief from nausea and vomiting and helps reduce motion sickness symptoms.

Usage Information
Dosage
Children (1–6 years): 5 ml every 6–8 hours Children (6–12 years): 5–10 ml every 6–8 hours Maximum: Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours Shake well before use and give with a measuring spoon/syringe Consult a pediatrician for age-specific dosing.
