Description:
This formulation combines two active ingredients to provide symptomatic relief from common cold, nasal congestion, and allergic conditions:
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg) – a nasal decongestant that works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg) – an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, relieving symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, itching, and runny nose.

Usage Information
Dosage
For syrup (commonly): Adults and children over 12 years: 5 mL every 4–6 hours Children 6–12 years: 2.5 mL every 4–6 hours Children below 6 years: As directed by physician For tablets: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours (not more than 4 doses/day) Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Always consult a physician, especially for pediatric use.

Contraindications
