Description:
Cefuroxime 125 mg + Clavulanic Acid 31.25 mg is a potent pediatric antibiotic combination formulated as a dry syrup with sterile water for injection (WFI). It offers broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage by combining:
Cefuroxime – a second-generation cephalosporin effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria

Usage Information
Dosage
Recommended dose: 10–15 mg/kg/day (based on cefuroxime component) in 2 divided doses Reconstitute the dry syrup with provided WFI to the specified volume (usually 30 mL) Shake well before each use Use the provided measuring cup/syringe Store reconstituted syrup in the refrigerator and discard after 7–10 days Always follow the pediatrician’s advice for exact dosage.
