Description:
This pediatric oral suspension combines Ofloxacin (50 mg), Ornidazole (125 mg), and Racecadotril (15 mg) to offer broad-spectrum antibacterial, antiprotozoal, and antidiarrheal action. It is specially formulated for children to treat acute diarrhea, dysentery, and mixed bacterial/protozoal gastrointestinal infections.
Ofloxacin: A fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against gram-negative & some gram-positive bacteria
Ornidazole: An antiprotozoal & anaerobic antimicrobial
Racecadotril: An anti-secretory agent that reduces fluid loss in diarrhea without affecting motility

Usage Information
Dosage
General Pediatric Dose: 1.5 to 2 mL per 10 kg body weight twice daily (or as directed) Administer after meals Shake bottle well before use Use a calibrated measuring cup or dropper Exact dosage must be prescribed by a pediatrician, considering age, weight, and severity of the condition.
