This pediatric oral suspension is a triple-combination therapy designed for treating acute gastrointestinal infections, diarrhea, and associated abdominal discomfort in children. It contains:
Ofloxacin (50mg): A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that targets bacterial pathogens.
Metronidazole (120mg): Effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa such as Entamoeba histolytica and Giardia.
Simethicone (10mg): An anti-foaming agent that relieves gas, bloating, and colic symptoms by reducing surface tension of gas bubbles.

Usage Information
Dosage
Pediatric dose (general): 5 mL twice daily or as prescribed based on weight and age Administer after meals Shake well before each use Use a measuring spoon or syringe for accurate dosing Exact dosage should be determined by a pediatrician.
