Composition:

Lansoprazole IP 15 mg Orally Disintegrating tablet

Indication:

Treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux)

Description:

Lansoprazole 15 mg ODT is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase pump in the stomach lining. This formulation dissolves quickly in the mouth without water, offering convenient administration for patients with swallowing difficulties. It is used for treating GERD, peptic ulcers, and acid-related disorders.

Usage Information

Dosage

Adults & Children ≥1 Year: 15 mg once daily before meals Route: Oral (allow tablet to disintegrate on tongue, do not chew) Timing: Best taken before breakfast Dosage may vary based on condition and physician advice.

Contraindications
