Composition:
Dicyclomine Hydrochloride 10mg + Activated Dimethicone 40mg
Indication:
Flatulence, Abdominal Colic.
Description:
This combination of Dicyclomine Hydrochloride 10 mg and Activated Dimethicone 40 mg is widely used to treat abdominal pain, colic, bloating, and intestinal gas caused by irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), indigestion, and gastrointestinal spasms.
Dicyclomine Hydrochloride is an anticholinergic/antispasmodic that relieves smooth muscle spasms in the GI tract.
Activated Dimethicone (a simethicone form) acts as an anti-foaming agent, reducing gas and bloating.
This formulation is available as tablets, capsules, or syrup, and is commonly used in both pediatric and adult patients.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet or 5–10 mL syrup, 2 to 3 times daily after meals Infants and Children: 5–10 drops or as prescribed (typically 0.5–2 mL depending on age/weight) Administer 15–30 minutes before feeding in infants Route: Oral Shake well before use (for liquid formulations) Always follow physician-prescribed dose, especially for infants.
