Description:
Cefixime 100mg (With WFI) is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic presented in a sterile injectable form. It is used for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections, including those affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, ears, throat, and skin. Cefixime works by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, resulting in bacterial death.
This product comes with Water for Injection (WFI), which is used to reconstitute the powder before intramuscular administration. It is particularly suitable for patients who require parenteral therapy or cannot take oral medications.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults & Children (IM use): Dose based on body weight and severity of infection (e.g., 8–10 mg/kg/day in divided doses) Reconstitution: Mix vial contents with the supplied Water for Injection before use Route: Intramuscular injection only Always follow medical guidance for dose and frequency
