Description:
Cefixime 50mg (With WFI) is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic administered via intramuscular injection. It is used for treating a wide range of bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, otitis media, and gonorrhea. Cefixime works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, thus eliminating infection-causing bacteria. This pack includes Water for Injection (WFI) to be used as a diluent for safe and accurate reconstitution before administration.

Dosage
