Description:

Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2mg): An antihistamine that controls sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes caused by allergies or cold.
Dextromethorphan HBr (10mg): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain to reduce the urge to cough.
Phenylephrine HCl (5mg): A nasal decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages for easier breathing.

Adults & Children >12 yrs: 10 ml every 6 hours Children 6–12 yrs: 5 ml every 6 hours Not recommended for children below 6 years unless prescribed by a physician
