Description:
Bilastine 10mg orodispersible tablets are non-sedating, second-generation antihistamines used to treat allergic conditions such as rhinitis (hay fever), urticaria (hives), and other skin allergies. Orodispersible formulation dissolves quickly in the mouth without water, making it ideal for pediatric or elderly patients.

Usage Information
Dosage
Usual Dose: 10 mg once daily Route: Oral (allow tablet to dissolve on the tongue) Timing: Take on an empty stomach, preferably 1 hour before or 2 hours after food Follow physician instructions. Avoid taking with grapefruit juice.
Side Effects
Headache Drowsiness (rare) Abdominal pain Nausea Dry mouth Most side effects are mild and transient. Seek medical attention if you experience swelling, severe dizziness, or breathing difficulty.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Bilastine or any excipients Severe renal impairment (with concurrent P-gp inhibitors) Not recommended in children under 6 years unless prescribed
