Dosage
Weight Range Dosage (twice daily) 5–10 kg 2.5 ml 10–20 kg 5 ml >20 kg As per physician advice Reconstitution: Add sterile water up to the marked line. Shake well before use. Discard after 7 days of reconstitution.
