Description:
Desloratadine is a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and hives. It effectively treats seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, and chronic idiopathic urticaria by blocking histamine H1 receptors and reducing allergic inflammation without causing drowsiness.
