Composition:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide IP 15mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 2mg + Phenylephrine HCl 5mg

Description:
This fixed-dose combination provides effective multi-symptom relief from dry cough, nasal congestion, and allergic symptoms like sneezing and runny nose.
Dextromethorphan HBr (15mg): A cough suppressant that acts on the brain’s cough center to control dry, non-productive cough.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2mg): An antihistamine that relieves sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose caused by allergies.
Phenylephrine HCl (5mg): A decongestant that shrinks nasal blood vessels to relieve nasal and sinus congestion.
This formulation is commonly used for allergic rhinitis, common cold, flu, and dry cough conditions.

Usage Information
Dosage
For Adults and children above 12 years: Tablet/Syrup: 1 dose every 6–8 hours as needed Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours For Children 6–12 years: Use half dose or as directed by a physician Not recommended for children under 6 years without medical advice.
