Composition:
Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 2mg + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide IP 15mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP 5mg
Indication:
Nasal Congestion, Common Conditions of Cold, Sneezing, Allergic Cough & Cold, Runny Nose, Seasonal Cold, Itchy, Watery Eyes.
Description:
This combination is commonly used for relief from cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and cold symptoms.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms.
Dextromethorphan HBr is a cough suppressant that works on the cough center in the brain.
Phenylephrine HCl is a decongestant that relieves nasal stuffiness.

Usage Information
Dosage
For Syrup (adults): 10 ml every 6–8 hours For Tablets (adults): 1 tablet every 6–8 hours Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours Use under medical supervision in children

Contraindications
Avoid in patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, or thyroid disorders Not suitable for children under 6 years (unless advised by a physician) Use with caution in pregnancy or breastfeeding Do not mix with alcohol or other sedatives Contraindicated in patients taking MAO inhibitors
