Composition:

Description:
This combination is commonly used for relief from cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and cold symptoms.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms.
Dextromethorphan HBr is a cough suppressant that works on the cough center in the brain.
Phenylephrine HCl is a decongestant that relieves nasal stuffiness.

Usage Information
Dosage
For Syrup (adults): 10 ml every 6–8 hours For Tablets (adults): 1 tablet every 6–8 hours Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours Use under medical supervision in children

Contraindications
