This combination is a broad-spectrum cold and cough formulation providing relief from dry and wet cough, nasal congestion, allergic symptoms, and chest congestion. It includes:
Dextromethorphan HBr (15mg) – A cough suppressant for dry, irritating cough
Cetirizine (5mg) – A non-sedating antihistamine that relieves sneezing and runny nose
Phenylephrine HCl (10mg) – A decongestant that clears nasal and sinus blockage
Ambroxol HCl (30mg) – A mucolytic that loosens and clears mucus from airways
Guaiphenesin (100mg) – An expectorant that thins bronchial secretions for easy coughing out

Usage Information
Dosage
Syrup (Adults and Children 12+): 5-10 ml every 6–8 hours or as prescribed Max 4 doses in 24 hours 🔸 Tablets (Adults only): 1 tablet twice or thrice daily, after meals Do not exceed recommended dose. Shake syrup well before use.
