Bilastine 10mg + Montelukast 4mg is a dual-action pediatric anti-allergic combination designed to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis and mild asthma in children. Bilastine, a second-generation non-sedating antihistamine, provides fast relief from sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, reduces airway inflammation, wheezing, and bronchospasm. This combination is widely prescribed for seasonal and perennial allergies, especially in children aged 6–12 years.

Usage Information
Dosage
Children (6–12 years): 1 tablet or 5 ml syrup once daily To be taken on an empty stomach, preferably in the evening. Use under pediatric supervision. Dosage may vary as per age/weight.

Contraindications
