Description:
Bilastine 20mg is a second-generation, long-acting antihistamine used for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria. Unlike older antihistamines, Bilastine is non-sedative, has minimal CNS penetration, and provides 24-hour symptom relief without impairing cognitive function.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults & children (12+ years): 1 tablet once daily Take on an empty stomach – 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Avoid grapefruit juice (reduces efficacy).
