Description:
Bilastine 20 mg is a second-generation antihistamine used to treat allergic rhinitis (sneezing, nasal congestion, itching) and chronic urticaria (hives, itching, rashes). It offers fast, long-lasting relief without causing drowsiness, making it ideal for daytime use.
Unlike older antihistamines, Bilastine has minimal penetration across the blood-brain barrier, leading to no sedation and no psychomotor impairment.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (20 mg) once daily Take on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after meals). Avoid taking with fruit juices.
