Composition:

Indication:
Treatment of dry cough. It is used for the temporary relief of cough due to throat irritation, sneezing, and running nose
Description:
This combination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10mg) and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4mg) provides effective relief from dry cough, allergic rhinitis, cold symptoms, and throat irritation.
Dextromethorphan acts as a cough suppressant by acting on the cough center in the brain.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an antihistamine, reduces allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
Together, they offer symptomatic relief from common cold, allergic cough, and upper respiratory infections, especially in nighttime doses due to mild sedation.

Dosage
✅ Adults: 1 tablet or 10 ml syrup every 6–8 hours Max 4 doses in 24 hours ✅ Children (6–12 years): 5 ml syrup every 6–8 hours (under pediatric advice) Not recommended for children below 6 years unless prescribed.
