Description:
This combination contains Levocetirizine, a third-generation non-sedating antihistamine, and Ambroxol, a mucolytic agent in a sustained release (SR) form. It is used in the treatment of respiratory allergies, productive cough, allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, and asthmatic conditions where both antihistamine and mucolytic action are required.
Levocetirizine reduces allergic symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose by blocking histamine receptors, while Ambroxol helps to break down mucus and facilitates easier breathing.
