Description:
This triple-action analgesic and antispasmodic combination is used to manage moderate to severe abdominal pain, especially colicky pain due to smooth muscle spasms. It combines the centrally acting opioid analgesic Tramadol, the non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), and the anticholinergic/antispasmodic Dicyclomine.

Typical Dose: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed Max Daily Dose: Not more than 4 grams of Paracetamol Route: Oral, with water, after meals Caution: Do not exceed recommended dosage
