Description:
This triple-action analgesic and antispasmodic combination is used to manage moderate to severe abdominal pain, especially colicky pain due to smooth muscle spasms. It combines the centrally acting opioid analgesic Tramadol, the non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), and the anticholinergic/antispasmodic Dicyclomine.
