Description:
This combination is formulated to provide multi-modal relief in acute migraine attacks:
Ergotamine Tartrate (1mg): A vasoconstrictor that narrows dilated blood vessels in the brain, providing relief from migraine pain.
Caffeine (100mg): Enhances the absorption and efficacy of ergotamine, while also providing its own vasoconstrictive effect.
Paracetamol (250mg): Offers analgesic and antipyretic effects to reduce headache pain and associated fever.

Usage Information
Dosage
Take one tablet at the onset of migraine symptoms If necessary, a second dose can be taken after 30 minutes (do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours) Maximum: 6 tablets per week, unless advised by a physician
