Description:
Tolperisone + Paracetamol is a centrally acting muscle relaxant with analgesic and antipyretic properties, widely used for the management of acute musculoskeletal pain, muscle spasms, and orthopedic conditions.
Tolperisone (150mg): A centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant that reduces abnormal muscle tension and improves mobility.
Paracetamol (325mg): Provides analgesic and antipyretic effects, relieving pain and fever without gastric irritation.
This combination ensures effective pain relief and muscle relaxation, making it useful in conditions like low back pain, cervical spondylosis, postoperative pain, and muscle injuries.

Usage Information
Dosage
Typical adult dose: 1 tablet 2–3 times daily, or as directed by physician. Should be taken after meals to avoid gastric irritation. Do not exceed maximum daily Paracetamol dose (4g).
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness. Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset. Rare: skin rash, liver enzyme elevation, allergic reaction.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Tolperisone or Paracetamol. Severe liver or kidney impairment. Pregnant or breastfeeding women (unless prescribed). Patients with gastric ulceration or severe CNS depression.
